Happy Ramadan Fest for Everyone!!

|
Hi to everyone,

In my religion, tomorrow is hell of a holy day and it has to be celebrated. ;) So it's not just remembering people that matters, also making every single person that u can make happy and being nice to them, especially children. After a little info about fest, I will tell you about my last week in Istanbul. It was usual, i went to CNAEM and worked there last time. However I went to doctor on tuesday and dentist on wednesday. I had complains about my face and my neck, and doctors gave me bad news about both. My neck has a serious problem and my skin is ok but she said theres a chronical disease. On wednesday the dentist thought my number 7 tooth might have a serious problem and it was. So he took it. I lost like liters of blood. :P Now it's Ramadan Fest Eve today, let me tell you a little story about that. When i was little, like 10 years old, my mom was telling me if i have shower on Ramadan Fest Eve or Sacrifice Fest Eve (the other Islam fest) my length would grow 1 cm and i used to seriously believe that. :P Now i'm going to have a shower... See you later... HAPPY RAMADAN FEST FOR EVERYONE!

Hey

Just because i'm home and have nothing to do, it's hard to find something to write here. These days i'm just a little interested in Adobe Photoshop etc. and here below, there is one of my works. It's created all by myself, with some help of a tutorial. On the other hand, I'm looking forward to begin my senior year. Then I guess i will be able to find something to write here so often. At least more than that. Next week the school begins but I can't go because Ramadan Fest is just a week away and I can ditch school for a week and be in Istanbul in Ramadan Fest. Then, about 4 - 5 October, I will be on my way to Izmir and there's a chance for me to be an instructor in the Nuclear Laboratory. I hope that happens. Actually Prof. Unak wanted us to call him next week and it might be about that. Next week I'm also thinking to work at CNAEM for an extra week. This is the last week I got free before school starts so I guess instead of getting bored at home, working will be good for me. I guess these are the most boring times of my life :P. See ya soon.

the Dream of Particle Physics

From now on, I decided to write my blog in English. It's because more people could read it this way, also I don't think any Turkish person reading my blog already. Now I'm in Istanbul, waiting for my school to start, trying to write my internship report, trying to study really hard for TOEFL and so on... Let's just remember what I've done since my last blog; Between 2-5 September, I was in Bodrum, Turkey for a really cool reason. There was a Particle Accelerators and Detectors Summer School. It was 4. of the series and I regret that I couldn't participate first three schools. To be honest, it was NOT absolutely funny because you know they are usual, boring physicist, unlike R.P. Feynman. I was alone in Bodrum nights but didn't really care though. The lectures were really good and taught me a lot about particle physics. After that, I came back to Izmir and me and some friends went to Turan Hoca for helping him clean the huge mess of Nuclear Laboratory. It took 3 days, and then I came back to Istanbul. Just before I come back to Istanbul, I've found something exciting. I was looking some schools for my post-graduate studies and somehow I just found out a lab in Sweden. One of its kind there, MAX - Lab. A Synchrotron Radiation Based Sciences Laboratory. I guess it is where I want to study in future. For now, it's my ambition and I'm going to do everything to get accepted there. This year, I have also other big plans for my classmates, but I ain't tellin them here because I don't even know them yet. :P Just wait and see what happens. This year, this year is gonna be mine. You can count on that.
